DAVID J. SALES has expanded the firm's practice base in commercial litigation, mass tort litigation and class actions, while maintaining an active case load in the firm's core practice areas, including product liability and professional negligence. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America, the South Florida Legal Guide's list of top lawyers and Florida Trend magazine's Legal Elite. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Sales graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received bachelor's and master's degrees in French and served as a graduate teaching fellow. He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago, where he was Articles Editor of The Legal Forum and received the D. Francis Bustin Prize for his note. 

After law school, Mr. Sales served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas A. Clark on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the Boston firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, where the majority of his time was devoted to representation of public companies in securities fraud and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Sales has served on the Board of Directors of the Farmworkers Coordinating Council of Palm Beach County and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of South Florida Public Telecommunications Company (WXEL).
