NICK DEBELLIS brings to Searcy Denney nearly 25 years’ experience with State Farm Insurance, where he handled dozens of jury trials and thousands of mediations related to motor vehicle accident claims. He works with attorney Brian Denney, evaluating claims and assisting in preparation of litigation of motor vehicle accident, wrongful death, medical malpractice and products liability cases.
A native of Queens, New York, Mr. DeBellis earned an associate’s degree in applied science at the Berkeley College of Business. He began his career with State Farm in New York, then transferred to Florida in 2003. He currently holds a Florida Adjusters 6-20 All Lines License.
Since moving to South Florida, Mr. DeBellis and his wife, Stacey, enjoy opportunities for boating, fishing, and other activities on the ocean. During football season, they often travel to Minnesota, where their son is a wide receiver on the University of Minnesota football team.
