Introducing Our Newest Shareholders

Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley is one of the most prominent law firms and is proud to announce the addition of two new shareholders to our firm.

Mariano Garcia is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1994, representing people in personal injury and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Garcia’s life and career have been shaped by his immigrant roots. His parents, who spoke no English, moved the family from Argentina to New York City when he was eight years old, then moved to Florida in the late 1970s. It was his parents’ belief in America as the land of opportunity, and their emphasis on education and hard work as the key to success, that inspired Mr. Garcia to earn a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Passionate in his belief that everyone should have a voice in our justice system, Mr. Garcia gives his time to causes that are devoted to this principle.

Cameron Kennedy is an  aggressive advocate for the rights of victims to pursue justice in the courts, Mr. Kennedy is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association and has been honored for his work and advocacy in protecting the civil justice system for his clients. A third generation Tallahassee native and a fourth generation Floridian, Mr. Kennedy earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from The Florida State University. Mr. Kennedy primarily focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving unsafe and dangerous products, automobile and semi truck accident, insurance claims and medical negligence.  Mr. Kennedy has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of injured clients.

For Christmas, Mr. Garcia and Mr. Kennedy have produced a film. We want to welcome them both to our form in the position of shareholders and express our gratitude for their film producing talents. Happy holidays to you and to yours.
