Recall of Takata manufactured airbags

Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart and Shipley, P.A. is currently prosecuting claims relating to the recent recall of Takata manufactured airbags. It is estimated that tens of millions of U.S. and foreign vehicles are involved and the defect has been responsible for a still undetermined number of serious injuries and deaths. The danger of shrapnel-generating airbag explosions is of greater concern in hot, damp climates, so owners of affected vehicles in areas fitting that description should take special note of this recall.
