Aaron M. Carrio

AARON MATHEW CARRIO is a West Palm Beach attorney who joined Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, P.A. in 2025. He focuses on representing victims and their families in personal injury, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, sexual assault and battery, and premises liability cases.

Previously, Mr. Carrio worked with the defense firm of Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, Cohen & Peterfriend, where he gained valuable litigation experience. This experience on the defense side has given him unique insight into how insurance companies and corporate defendants approach cases, which he now uses to better advocate for injured plaintiffs.

Mr. Carrio brings a unique perspective to personal injury litigation, particularly in motor vehicle accident cases. His background as Operational Manager and Sales Manager at Carrio Motor Cars in Fort Lauderdale provided him with hands-on knowledge of vehicle operations, safety features, and the automotive industry—expertise that proves invaluable when investigating accident cases and understanding the mechanical aspects of vehicle collisions.

After receiving his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2022, where he concentrated in Health Law, Mr. Carrio was admitted to The Florida Bar. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2019.

Mr. Carrio is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
