Elisabeth A. Pittaluga

ELISABETH PITTALUGA (“Liz”) brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and legal professions.  As a Florida Registered Paralegal, she draws on her expertise in insurance claims and defense litigation to help Searcy Denney’s clients gain recovery for their losses.

Ms. Pittaluga began her career as an insurance defense litigator in New York, then handled professional liability claims with multinational insurance corporation AIG.  She has served as in-house insurance claims counsel for UBS Americas Region and as a claims advocate for global insurance broker Willis Towers Watson.  After moving to Florida in 2015, she worked as a paralegal for two major Florida homeowners insurance companies and for two insurance defense firms.

A graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Ms. Pittaluga earned her law degree from New York Law School and is a member of the New York and New Jersey state Bars. She grew up in Northern New Jersey and lived in Manhattan for 20 years. She and her husband, Philip, love the weather and natural environment of Florida, where they enjoy spending time with their families and continue to root for the New York Mets.
