ALYSSA A. DIEDWARDO is a native of Roxbury, New Jersey. Ms. DiEdwardo began her 35 year insurance/legal career in New Jersey prior to relocating to Florida in 1979. As a Casualty Litigation Specialist, Ms. DiEdwardo has  handled complex Product Liability, Commercial Liability, Automobile and Trucking Liability cases during her insurance career at State Farm, Kemper,/Lumberman’s Mutual, Progressive and Allstate Insurance Company. 

After many years in the defense insurance industry Ms. DiEdwardo began her paralegal career as Senior Paralegal/Investigator with two of the largest Plaintiff firms in the southeast where she headed up the pre litigation department and assisted in all aspects of initial case work up through litigation preparation. Through case development Ms. DiEdwardo has become an expert coverage investigation and causation in in the most complex herbal supplement litigation cases. 

Ms. DiEdwardo has held the position of Secretary Treasurer of the Palm Beach County Paralegal Association, is a licensed All Lines Independent Claims Adjuster in the State of Florida, a Court Certified Mediator, Florida Registered Paralegal and member of the Florida Justice Association, and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. 

Ms. DiEdwardo is also an accomplished artist who has shown nationally and in 2001 inducted in the registry of National Museum of Woman in the Arts in Washington DC. 

Ms. DiEdwardo works primarily as paralegal to David K. Kelley Jr. Esq. handling medical malpractice, automobile, supplement and general liability cases through litigation.
