VINCENT L. LEONARD JR. was raised in Hicksville, New York. He relocated to Stuart, Florida in 1977 and has lived in South Florida since that time. Mr. Leonard attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University, where he received a B.S. degree in Finance in 1985. After receiving his degree, Mr. Leonard worked for a combined twenty years for two Fortune 500 companies, first for ITT - Financial Services and then for Allstate Insurance Company. In Mr. Leonard's 19 year career with Allstate, he held numerous titles including acting as the Litigation Process Expert for the State of Florida. His responsibilities included the oversight of legal services and litigation management across the state. Additionally, Mr. Leonard was an Extra Contractual Liability Specialist for the State of Florida. His responsibilities included overseeing training and development on good faith claims handling practices. Mr. Leonard lived in the Chicago area and worked out of Allstate's Home Office as part of a leadership talent management development program. While there, he was working at the highest levels of the claim organization and was exposed to various facets of the insurance industry including marketing, legal, product development, finance, project management, and technology. Mr. Leonard has a broad range of experience with various lines of insurance and extensive leadership and training experience.
Mr. Leonard has been married to his wonderful wife, Missy, for over twenty years. They have four beautiful children ranging in age from 21 to 14, including twin girls born on his birthday. Mr. Leonard and his family have been supporters of numerous charitable events in the local community. Mr. Leonard enjoys golfing in his leisure time.
